No — and it's a fair concern. Our voice agents run on the best generative voice models available
and are trained on your actual business voice. Patients who hear them typically don't realize they're
speaking to AI until they're told. We'll play you a real demo on the discovery call.
How does the performance promise actually work?
Before we start, we agree in writing on a specific, measurable outcome — e.g. "X new booked
appointments in Y days" — tailored to your volume and sales cycle. If we don't hit it on time,
we keep building and optimizing on our own dime until we do. The only thing you can't get back
is time; our fee is conditional on the result.
Can the AI handle HIPAA-sensitive conversations?
We design agents to avoid collecting or echoing protected health information wherever possible,
and we route anything that requires clinical discretion to a human. For chiropractic, med spa,
and veterinary practices, we walk through your compliance posture on the discovery call before
we build anything. For non-medical verticals (roofing, auto, other service businesses) the same
principle applies to whatever sensitive info your intake touches — payment details, property
access, etc.
Do we have to replace our CRM or phone system?
No. The system integrates with your existing calendar, CRM, and phone setup. We'll do the wiring;
you keep everything you already pay for.
What does this cost?
Pricing is structured per practice, not off a menu. Most engagements fall into one of four buckets:
a $300–$500 three-week trial (ads-only), a $3k–$5k three-month pay-in-full sprint, a $1k–$2k/month
retainer (3-month minimum), or a per-qualified-appointment performance deal. We'll quote you in
writing after the discovery call.
How long until we see real results?
First booked appointments usually come through within 48 hours of launch. Meaningful pipeline
impact is typically visible inside 30 days. We report weekly, not quarterly.
Can we start with just one piece?
Yes. Many practices start with Meta ads + the AI callbot and layer in the receptionist and
chatbot once they've seen the first wave of results. We'll recommend the sequence that matches
your bottleneck on the discovery call.
Are you a big agency with hundreds of clients?
No. AutoMotion is a six-partner shop, deliberately small, and deliberately specialized around a few
service-business verticals we know cold. We're early — and that's why the work you get is direct
from the people who own the business, not handed to a junior account manager. Our caseload is
intentionally limited so the performance commitment actually means something.
